For First Time DUI Offenders-

The State of Connecticut may offer
first time DUI offenders Accelerated
Rehabilitation, or AR Program. This
is a program that gives persons
charged with a crime or a motor
vehicle violation for the first time a second chance. The person is placed
on probation for up to two years. If
the probation is completed successfully the charges may be dismissed. Please call today to see if you can qualify
for this Program.

Know Your Legal Rights & Keep Your License-

With 20 years of experience defending DUI cases
I can help you keep your Drivers License, or get a special
driving permit for work. You do not have to take any
roadside tests. You should never tell the Police anything except your name, address and telephone number. The Police intend to, no matter what the case, use anything you say or do against you and the Police will.
Taking the roadside tests will not help you. You have the right to refuse all tests.

Representaion for Repeat Offenders & DMV Hearings-

Repeat DUI offenders have special circumstances that require expert legal representation. If you are a repeat DUI offender, your rights have different conditions that will require strategic planning and legal negotiations to prevent criminal charges and avoid incarceration. I can also represent you at DMV hearings for special circumstances that include license suspension, and reinstatement,
special permits, and motor vehicle infractions.
